What is included in a Petsoft plan
Automation, marketing, reporting, and the pet parent portal are part of the plan rather than paid add-ons.
Petsoft is $50 per facility, per month for the Starter plan and $100 per facility, per month for Professional. No setup fee. No long-term contract — cancel any time.
Billing is per facility, so two locations on Professional is $200 per month. Starter covers a single location; Professional covers up to three. For four or more locations, contact us for an Enterprise rate.

Included in the plan, rather than priced separately
Pet care platforms vary in how much of the day-to-day operation is covered by the base subscription and how much is sold on top. The table below sets out where Petsoft draws that line, so you can see what a plan includes before you choose it. SMS is billed by usage on your monthly invoice, including message charges, carrier fees and phone number rental.

The Free plan has no time limit and covers one location, one employee and 15 pets. Integrated payments within Petsoft raise that to three employees and 50 pets. SMS and marketing campaigns need a paid plan.

Payments
Payments post directly into Petsoft records. When an integrated payment is processed, the transaction is recorded against the associated Petsoft account automatically, reducing manual re-entry. Petsoft and Cosairus Payment Services are affiliated Cosairus teams, giving customers a connected path for software and payment support.
