For multi-service facilities

Pet Care Software for Multi-Service Facilities

If you run boarding, daycare, grooming, and training under one roof, Petsoft keeps them on one customer record, and services added to a stay appear on that stay's invoice. A sample account lets you try the workflows below before you decide.

Three situations that test your software

The day is fuller than you planned

Boarding guests are assigned to a run, kennel, or suite, and daycare has a daily capacity that helps prevent overbooking. The capacity view shows how full a day is before the first car arrives, so you can decide what to move or turn away.

A dog arrives and the rabies certificate may have lapsed

The pet parent uploads vaccination records in the portal when they reserve. Staff review the document beside the pet's expiration dates and mark it reviewed, so the record is on the pet profile at arrival instead of in an email thread or a paper folder.

A customer does not show for a multi-night stay

Cancel the reservation and Petsoft applies the deposit policy you configured and adjusts the invoice. You set the policy once, so nobody works out at the front desk what to withhold.

Services on the same reservation

  • Grooming add-ons attach to a boarding or daycare reservation, and groomer availability follows the same rules as every other service.
  • Board-and-train works by adding a training class session to a boarding or daycare reservation.
  • The invoice for a stay includes the services added to it.

Plans and locations

Starter covers one location and Professional covers up to three, both with unlimited employees. Employee scheduling and time entry come with Starter. The Free plan has no time limit and covers one location, one employee and 15 pets. Customer and pet tags and email and SMS marketing campaigns need Professional. The Pricing page lists the current plans.

Before you switch

Ask which of your records can be brought over, who does the work, and how the result is checked against your old system. The evaluation worksheet lists what to check and what to ask sales. The data import guide describes how imports work.

What Petsoft does not do

Petsoft does not bill pet parents on a recurring schedule. Prepaid packages are one-time purchases that become a credit balance.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Each service has its own setup and availability rules, and they share the customer record and the pet profile. Services added to a stay appear on that stay's invoice. Grooming add-ons can attach to a boarding or daycare reservation, and a training class session can be added to a stay for board-and-train.

Yes. Boarding reservations are assigned a run, kennel, or suite, and daycare has a daily capacity that helps prevent overbooking. The capacity view shows how full a day is in real time.

Pet parents upload records when they reserve. Staff review the uploaded document, and the record stays on the pet profile. Facilities can require staff review and approval of a pet before it can be reserved online, and pet parents are warned when a vaccine is expiring.

Canceling the reservation applies the deposit policy you configured, and the invoice reflects it. You choose the policy in advance.

Starter covers one location and Professional covers up to three. For four or more locations, contact Petsoft for an Enterprise rate.
